Mental Health Awareness & Community of Support 

The purpose of  Expedition Outreach is to build a community of acceptance & support while bringing awareness to all mental health related issues. Expedition Outreach will fulfil its mission by utilizing real life experiences, open discussion and outdoor activities. All accompanied by the understanding “It’s ok to not be ok”.

Expedition Outreach’s volunteers are not only a key part of our success but also just like you. We all have daily struggles and challenges that we concur through our community of support. 

We strives to ensure that everyone feels a sense of calm, acceptance and encouragement while developing/building the awareness, ability and readiness to overcome the obstacles or challenges we face together.
